The opportunity

As a senior member of our IT team, you will take ownership of our digital work environment. Your primary goal is to ensure our tools are not only functional but truly empowering for every employee. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and user experience by implementing innovative solutions, including the latest in AI technology. A day in the life

• You will lead the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools and manage our SharePoint-based intranet to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for all staff members.
• You will drive digital transformation by integrating AI-powered tools and automating manual workflows through Power Automate and Power Apps.
• You will act as an internal champion by delivering engaging training sessions that inspire your colleagues to maximize their productivity using modern digital solutions.

Who you are

You are a seasoned IT professional with at least five years of experience in managing digital workplace environments. You possess a deep technical understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and have a genuine passion for emerging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Because you will be working in an international setting, you are fluent in both English and Dutch. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys translating complex business needs into simple, user-friendly solutions, and you have the communication skills necessary to guide and train others effectively.
