Role at a glance

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer to join our Enterprise Security and Platforms team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based out of our hubs in Bristol, London, or Glasgow, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our device ecosystem and ensuring our technology platforms meet the demands of our rapidly scaling organization.

Your impact

• Endpoint Management: You will own the administration of our MDM platforms, including Intune and Jamf, to ensure seamless device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement across our Mac, Windows, and Chrome devices.
• Security Architecture: You will champion a zero-trust approach by implementing security configurations based on industry benchmarks, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, and maintaining a robust security posture.
• Automation and Scalability: You will leverage your expertise in BASH and PowerShell to develop scripts and workflows that automate routine tasks, streamline deployments, and improve overall operational efficiency.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of modern digital environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience managing MDM solutions such as Intune and Jamf.
• Strong technical proficiency with macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• A security-first mindset with knowledge of CIS benchmarks and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and automated device enrollment.
• Solid scripting skills using BASH or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is £39,960 to £57,542, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your core pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and lifestyle:
