We are looking for a Digital Research Manager to join our Entertainment Research team. Our group plays a vital role in supporting the broadcast network by delivering high-quality quantitative research that shapes our entertainment programming and helps us navigate the evolving media landscape. You will work closely with internal partners across programming, scheduling, marketing, press, and management to provide the insights they need to succeed.
Key outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate digital and linear traffic for our entertainment content across diverse platforms, including both on-domain and off-domain sources as well as set-top box video-on-demand.
- Provide timely responses to specific research requests from our internal finance, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Serve as our internal subject matter expert on digital business topics, such as connected TV devices, mobile media consumption, social networking, and emerging technologies.
- Apply critical thinking and quantitative analysis to industry trends, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and presentations.
- Coordinate with our corporate digital team to identify and resolve tagging issues, ensuring our measurement data remains accurate.
- Work in partnership with team members who focus on linear research and primary research initiatives.
- Lead training sessions on digital analytics tools and methodologies for the broader team.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Digital Analytics and Quantitative Research.
- Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
- Advanced Critical Thinking skills to interpret industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent Presentation Skills to communicate findings effectively to various internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work on-site within the United States.
