Boston Imaging, the United States headquarters for Samsung’s digital radiography and ultrasound divisions, is seeking a strategic leader to join our team. As a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, we focus on developing and distributing advanced medical imaging technologies that empower healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. We are a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization committed to innovation, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to drive the success of our Digital Radiography and Mobile CT business lines.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Digital Radiography and Mobile CT product lines, ensuring effective alignment between direct sales teams and dealer networks.
- Lead and mentor a national sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Achieve established revenue and profit targets by managing sales operations, pricing strategies, and product mix.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including clinical, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of hospitals and private practices.
- Maintain strong partnerships with our Korea headquarters to align on product roadmaps and market execution.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership, and conduct regular performance reviews and training workshops.
- Represent the company at industry events and engage directly with key clients to demonstrate product value and secure new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in medical technology capital equipment sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked specifically with Digital Radiography and Mobile CT systems.
- Proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and budget oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and complex contract relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track performance and manage sales pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to engage in frequent domestic and international travel.
