The opportunity
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the bridge between our products, our people, and our partners. You will play a vital part in our studio by managing complex digital projects that prioritize performance and user-friendliness. This is not a short-term project, but a long-term engagement where you will have the autonomy to take on real responsibility within our horizontal organizational structure.
A day in the life
- You will oversee the lifecycle of digital products, ensuring that our development processes remain efficient and effective.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with clear, consistent communication.
- You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to solve problems, using our default asynchronous communication style to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, product management, or as a product owner. You hold a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field, or you possess equivalent knowledge gained through your professional journey. You are fluent in English and are genuinely excited about the concept of learning by doing. You value transparency, empathy, and a no-nonsense approach to getting things done.
