The role
We are hiring a Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our Global Demand Center on a full-time, remote basis. This senior-level position focuses on planning, managing, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns and omni-channel nurture programs across EMEA and APAC, while supporting organic social and other digital marketing initiatives. You will report to the Senior Director of the Global Demand Center and play a direct role in scaling our data-driven marketing engine.
Core responsibilities
- Own and optimize digital paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, and 6sense to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment.
- Manage budget allocations across campaigns, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to deliver measurable results.
- Apply data-driven methods including A/B testing and audience refinement to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
Skills and experience
- At least three years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B SaaS digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering data-driven outcomes and maximizing ROI through paid media.
- Strong expertise in campaign execution, including keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency with SFDC for tracking and campaign management.
- Clear communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while adapting to new challenges.
- Understanding of global advertising regulations and brand standards.
- English language proficiency is required; experience with account-based marketing, SEO, or targeting international markets and the DevOps audience is considered a plus.
