What you bring
We are seeking a Lead Digital Operations Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role based in the United States, you will serve as a bridge between our marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure our advertising initiatives are executed with precision. You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing our ad operations team to ensure all campaign setups and tracking requirements are met with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Mastering our proprietary platform to handle hands-on tasks like setting up offers, attribution, and A/B testing.
- Developing and refining operational workflows to streamline how we traffic campaigns and report on performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable results. You should have at least four years of experience in digital advertising operations, including hands-on work with platforms like CAKE, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Proficiency in Jira is essential, as is a solid understanding of SOAP, JSON, and XML formats. We value candidates who possess strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse departments. Fluency in English is required for this role.
