The Opportunity...
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Operations Manager, Platform who will champion cross-functional communications for all marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the execution, optimization, and performance of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including media, design, customer success, product management, and engineering, to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in digital advertising delivery. This individual will have a hands-on approach and will be required to work within our proprietary ad trafficking platform to help the team in certain set-ups (when necessary) to execute high priority initiatives for the business. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms.
How You’ll Contribute...
Manage ad operations team; ensure campaign and tracking set-ups are accurate and timely to meet internal and external marketing deadlinesLearn and be a master of our proprietary platform; have a hands-on approach to setting up offers, campaigns, tracking and attribution, ringpools, A/B tests, etc. anything to help the team and the business in executing initiatives accurately and efficientlyBe able to advise on all things tracking and attribution relatedDevelop and maintain efficient ad operations workflow and processes to streamline campaign setup, trafficking and reportingCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather campaign assets and specificationsUtilize data analytics tools and ad platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimizationSet up and management of call campaign scripting using Twig and continuous iterations on scripting flows and language and running split testsSetting up client accounts and campaigns in the Datalot systemMonitor live campaigns ensuring everything is working as expected and resolve or escalate issues with live campaignsContinuously assess and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Implement best practices, standardized methodologies, and automation tools to enhance cross-functional collaboration and scalabilityCollaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap initiativesFacilitate communication and alignment between product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycleWhat We're Looking For...
4+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns and driving results4+ years of experience in working with the CAKE platform (or something equivalent – proprietary CMS systems)4+ years of experience in working with affiliate marketing platforms (CJ, IR, etc.) 4+ years of experience in working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 3+ years of experience in working with JIRAProven track record of managing digital operations projects (with hands-on experience working in various tracking platforms), driving operational efficiency and delivering resultsDeep understanding of ad serving technologies and industry standardsFamiliarity with SOAP, JSON and XML formatsAble to absorb information quickly, turning complex ideas digestible resultsCritical thinker, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get creativeStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsBonus Points...
