The Opportunity...
We are looking for a talented Digital Operations/Integrations Associate who will champion cross-functional communications and digital operations for all marketing initiatives. This individual will be the POC for all things tracking and set-up related – involves working directly in our proprietary software tools, daily communication and planning, as well as interfacing with various teams such as Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Design, Product, and Engineering. We are looking for a pro-active, self-directed individual with an exceptional attention to detail and process.
How You'll Contribute...
Use proprietary software tools to create and manage client campaigns/offersFacilitate marketing launches by owning the tracking + attribution set-up management - generate tracking links, ring pools, setting up A/B tests, etc.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure deliverables are sent out on timeWork with 3rd party tools/sites like Google Tag Manager to place pixels, pull affiliate links etc.Monitor campaign performance metrics on a regular basis, identify trends, and implement optimization strategiesProactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking discrepancies, and campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams and external partners/vendors as neededConduct thorough QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of ad creatives, landing pages, tracking pixels, and campaign settings prior to launch and throughout the campaign lifecycleBuild/manage basic API integrationsSupport digital operations team members on all things tracking/attribution relatedWhat We're Looking For...
1+ years of experience in working with the CAKE platform (or something equivalent – proprietary CMS systems)1+ years of experience in working with affiliate marketing platforms (CJ, IR, etc.)1+ years of experience in working with Google Tag Manager (Google Analytics a plus)Previous experience with JIRA and/or other ticketing systemsPrevious experience in an operations roleAbility to think-critically and proactivelyDetail-oriented, meticulous, ability to follow-throughMaster at time managementAgile – ability to pivot to different priorities when necessary and manage/prioritize and juggle multiple different projects at onceExcellent at executing projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas clearlyProcess orientedProficient in Microsoft ExcelBonus Points...
