The role
We are seeking a Digital Operations & Integrations Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for an organized professional who thrives on managing the technical details behind successful marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for tracking and campaign setup, working closely with our internal teams to ensure our digital initiatives run smoothly and effectively.
Core responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end tracking and attribution setup for marketing launches, including generating tracking links, managing ring pools, and configuring A/B tests.
- Collaborate across departments, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure all project deliverables are executed on time.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking pixels to maintain high standards of accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in digital operations and a proactive mindset. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and the CAKE platform or similar proprietary CMS tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and a solid understanding of ticketing systems like Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a meticulous, process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Bonus points if you have experience with REST APIs, SQL, JSON, or SOAP.
