The opportunity
We are seeking a Digital Operations and Integrations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for tracking and campaign setup, serving as a vital link between our Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Design, Product, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for championing cross-functional communication and ensuring our digital marketing initiatives are executed with precision. This is a perfect role for a proactive, self-directed individual who thrives on process and has a sharp eye for detail.
A day in the life
- You will manage client campaigns and offers by utilizing our proprietary software tools to ensure everything is set up for success.
- You will facilitate marketing launches by owning the attribution and tracking management, which includes generating links, setting up A/B tests, and placing pixels via Google Tag Manager.
- You will monitor campaign performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimization strategies to drive results.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of experience in an operations role. You communicate clearly, work well across different teams, and possess the agility to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your background should include the following:
- Experience working with the CAKE platform or equivalent proprietary CMS systems.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Bonus points if you have experience with SQL, REST APIs, or Salesforce.
