We are currently looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our innovative Course Development team in a full-time, remote capacity.

Key outcomes

• Produce and edit high-quality audio and video content for our professional distance learning courses.
• Design and execute professional motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for marketing materials, tutorials, and product videos.
• Manage the setup of onsite and remote studio environments, including cameras, lighting, teleprompters, and recording hardware.
• Provide direction for talent during live studio productions to ensure high-quality performance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and curriculum experts to meet strict production deadlines.
• Maintain organized file systems and accurate records in accordance with our departmental standards.
• Research and source appropriate imagery in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Stay updated on emerging hardware and software technologies to keep our production quality at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in audio or video production, or an equivalent level of industry experience.
• At least three years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and various audio and video editing tools.
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and standard communication software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• The ability to learn new software applications quickly and synthesize complex information.
• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in podcast production.
