We are currently looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our innovative Course Development team in a full-time, remote capacity.
Key outcomes
- Produce and edit high-quality audio and video content for our professional distance learning courses.
- Design and execute professional motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for marketing materials, tutorials, and product videos.
- Manage the setup of onsite and remote studio environments, including cameras, lighting, teleprompters, and recording hardware.
- Provide direction for talent during live studio productions to ensure high-quality performance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and curriculum experts to meet strict production deadlines.
- Maintain organized file systems and accurate records in accordance with our departmental standards.
- Research and source appropriate imagery in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Stay updated on emerging hardware and software technologies to keep our production quality at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in audio or video production, or an equivalent level of industry experience.
- At least three years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and various audio and video editing tools.
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and standard communication software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- The ability to learn new software applications quickly and synthesize complex information.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in podcast production.
