About the Role

We are searching for a Digital Media Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a media expert responsible for the planning, execution, and ongoing management of targeted digital marketing campaigns. You will work independently to drive results for our clients, ensuring that every strategy is performance-driven and aligned with their specific growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display channels to foster client growth.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to interpret performance data, discuss progress, and identify new opportunities to improve return on investment.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize bidding strategies while staying current on the latest industry trends and advertising innovations.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working in paid digital marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• A self-starting mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. Please note that this role requires the flexibility for occasional travel to attend conferences, training sessions, or team meetings as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $80,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by our internal practices and your geographic location. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for equity compensation. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
