Fashion Nova is a global leader in the fashion and lifestyle industry, recognized as one of the most-searched fashion brands in the world. Since our launch in 2006, we have grown from a single retail store in Los Angeles into a digital powerhouse with over 40 million social media followers and annual sales reaching approximately $2 billion. We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Media Buyer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be a vital part of our performance marketing efforts, helping us scale our brand reach and drive customer acquisition through innovative, data-backed strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive revenue and growth.
- Analyze campaign performance in real-time, utilizing A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize key metrics like ROAS and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and analytics teams to refine ad content and ensure our media spend aligns with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive senior-level experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce businesses.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, utilize attribution models, and conduct LTV analysis.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively on-site.
