What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving conversions for our firm.
- You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing, while collaborating closely with performance marketing agencies to ensure we hit our ROI targets.
- You will oversee lead generation tactics by utilizing CRM platforms to nurture prospects through the sales funnel, while also conducting regular performance analysis to refine our approach based on key metrics like CPL and conversion rates.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in performance marketing and a strategic mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing or PPC-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in English, as all of our interviews and internal communications are conducted in English.
- Proven expertise in managing paid search and social campaigns, alongside a deep understanding of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working within an agency setting or familiarity with the accounting industry is considered a significant plus.
