We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. At Greenhouse, we build sophisticated recruiting and onboarding platforms that help companies transform their hiring processes into a strategic advantage. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue strategic opportunities to boost our brand awareness and share our unique company narrative.
- Oversee our PR agency relationships to ensure we are maximizing our impact and effectively broadcasting our brand story.
- Partner with our Content Marketing team to align our external messaging and ensure a consistent voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience within Public Relations, Journalism, or Communications.
- A strong background in working with business, tech, and design media, including established industry contacts.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities, with the flexibility to adapt your style for various media formats.
- A sharp detail-oriented mindset with the ability to self-edit and review the work of others.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to drive results independently.
