The role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Tokyo. This senior-level position leads paid and organic search efforts for the Japanese market while working closely with global teams to align local programs with company-wide goals.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of paid and organic search strategies across Japan, ensuring they support both regional and global business objectives.
• Coordinate with product marketing, analytics, marketing operations, web development, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns from planning through implementation.
• Analyze performance data on metrics such as CPA, CPC, and CTR, then translate findings into clear reports that guide future marketing decisions.

Skills and experience

Candidates should bring proven leadership in marketing strategy and execution, along with deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (including Customer Match, RLSA, GDN, and YouTube), Yahoo Search, and Microsoft Bing. Strong data-analysis and reporting skills are essential for turning performance metrics into actionable insights. Experience working with global teams is valued, as is a proactive approach to exploring new marketing platforms and staying current with industry tools. Japanese language proficiency is required for this role.
