Job Description 

Axiom Law is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEM and Paid Social efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. 

Responsibilities: 

• Strategy Development: 

• • Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. 

• • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance. 

• • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous optimization. 

• Campaign Management: 

• • Manage the day-to-day operations of SEM and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc). 

• • Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. 

• • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. 

• Budget Management: 

• • Oversee budget allocation and pacing for SEM and Paid Social campaigns. 

• • Track and analyze campaign costs to ensure efficient spending. 

• Reporting and Analysis: 

• • Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). 

• • Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

• • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. 

• Collaboration: 

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, programs, web development) to execute integrated marketing campaigns. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social. 

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEM and Paid Social campaigns. 

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms. 

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). 

• Excellent project management and organizational skills. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 

• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong preference for a candidate with B2B marketing experience. 

• Experience with advanced bidding strategies and automation tools. 

• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms. 

• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing. 

• Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce. 

• Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Dallas is $84,500 - 95,000. You will also be eligible to participate in our Annual Bonus Plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Marketing business unit.
