Role at a glance
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, requiring a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience to lead our SEM and Paid Social initiatives.
Your impact
- Strategy Leadership: You will design and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies, utilizing deep keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure our campaigns hit their targets.
- Campaign Excellence: You will manage the day-to-day operations across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, constantly optimizing for traffic, lead generation, and revenue.
- Data-Driven Growth: You will oversee budget allocation and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders, ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum return.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
- Deep technical proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, content, and web development teams.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends, such as advanced bidding strategies, automation, and programmatic advertising.
- Fluency in English.
