Tuum is a next-generation banking platform that helps fintech companies and banks provide seamless financial services to their customers. Since our launch in 2019, we have been revolutionizing the industry with our flexible, API-based core banking platform. We are backed by prominent investors like BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures, and CommerzVentures. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital channels and work closely with our Head of Marketing to bring innovative, B2C-style execution into our B2B fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and search to build awareness and generate demand.
- Manage our website and landing pages to optimize the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee performance marketing analytics by tracking key metrics, managing dashboards, and reporting on our return on investment.
Requirements
- You possess 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a blend of B2C or e-commerce and B2B or SaaS backgrounds.
- You have hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
- You are familiar with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
- You have a strong grasp of website optimization, tracking, and conversion techniques.
- You are comfortable with analytics and reporting, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
