Digital Marketing Intern at TRAXION

As our Digital Marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience in strengthening the online presence of a professional B2B company. Together with our Marketing team, you’ll assess, improve, and execute digital marketing activities that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation, from website optimisation and social media to email campaigns and analytics! 

 

What to Expect: 

✅ Digital audit – Your main assignment is to analyse our current digital activities (website, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.) and benchmark performance against industry standards. Based on this you will develop a plan with quick wins and long-term improvements. 
✅ Social media campaigns and email marketing – Support planning, execution, and performance tracking in social media campaigns and email marketing 
✅ Online advertising – Assist with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance monitoring.
✅ Analytics & reporting – Create and manage a dashboard to track progress and results. 

 

You will learn: 

• How to assess and improve digital marketing performance in a B2B context.
• Working with different marketing methods such as online advertising, social media and email campaigns with automation flows.
• Collaboration & Communication – Working with internal teams and external partners to implement strategies effectively.
• Optimising websites and creating impactful content.

What you'll bring to the team 

• A university (of applied sciences) bachelor student in Marketing, Digital Media, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
• Interest in translating insights into practical improvement actions
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, and Wordpress
• Some knowledge on building dashboards, SEO and on CMS (content management systems).
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools is a plus.
• Available to come to the office least 2 days/week
• You currently live in the Netherlands
• Fluency in English
