Digital Marketing Associate at NinjaTrader

We are currently looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced performance marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key outcomes

• Manage daily account operations across essential lower-funnel channels, including PPC, App Store, and Paid Social.
• Collaborate with external agencies to manage resources for upper-funnel initiatives such as YouTube, Connected TV, and programmatic media.
• Contribute to the optimization of creative assets, targeting strategies, and ad copy.
• Utilize various digital advertising platforms and Google Analytics to execute campaigns.
• Design and test landing pages to improve conversion performance.
• Execute banner advertising purchases to support our affiliate and partner marketing efforts.
• Partner with the analytics team to generate weekly and monthly reports regarding revenue tracking, goal progress, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with our finance and marketing departments to manage budgets and process invoices for various advertising platforms.

Requirements

• Two to three years of professional experience managing popular digital advertising platforms, such as Google, Bing, Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and various app stores.
• Practical experience using Google Analytics and internal reporting software.
• Proficiency with landing page creation tools like Unbounce or Instapage.
• Strong capability to work independently while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders and business teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience within the fintech or financial services industry, particularly regarding service-based customer acquisition.
