Digital Marketing Associate at 1-800 Contacts

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our CRM team and help us continue this growth.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage our cross-channel and seasonal marketing calendars by coordinating closely with our creative, analytics, development, and marketing operations teams to ensure every campaign is executed on time.
• You will leverage our customer data platform to define target audiences, ensuring that our messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and storefronts reaches the right people.
• You will analyze the performance of our campaigns using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to generate actionable insights that refine our future targeting and messaging strategies.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, ideally within an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment. You are comfortable working with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms, and you possess a strong analytical mindset that allows you to turn data into meaningful results. Because this role involves working with many different teams, you need excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You are detail-oriented, take ownership of your work, and are excited to help us improve the customer experience.
