Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans focused on large hospital systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers.
- Promote our virtual care and hospital-at-home solutions as essential tools for improving operational efficiency, clinical quality, and revenue outcomes.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, industry conferences, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery sessions with key hospital stakeholders, including CMOs, CFOs, and other executive leadership, to address challenges in capacity management and value-based care.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate the clinical and financial return on investment for our solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including contract negotiations, pricing, and final deal execution.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients by coordinating with our implementation and success teams.
- Provide strategic feedback to our product and operations teams to help refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, specifically targeting hospital or health systems.
- Proven success in securing multi-million-dollar contracts and managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
- A strong understanding of hospital economics, decision-making structures, and budgeting processes.
- Experience selling digital health, remote patient monitoring, or care coordination solutions.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage sales activity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical and executive leadership.
- Existing professional relationships within large regional health systems or academic medical centers.
Preferred qualifications
- An advanced degree in a relevant field.
