What is this role?
We are searching for an experienced Digital Group Account Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an executive-level position for someone who thrives on maintaining the stability and profitability of a diverse client base. You will be responsible for leading some of our largest client relationships while guiding a talented team of performance marketers to develop and execute successful digital strategies.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, overseeing their career development and daily problem-solving to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Take charge of large-scale, integrated marketing programs by collaborating with our creative, media, and technology departments to drive measurable results.
- Act as a key partner during new business pitches and work closely with the executive team to define client goals and refine our internal account management processes.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record of managing complex, integrated campaigns. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience across digital channels, including SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Paid Search.
- Strong leadership skills with 1 to 2 years of experience managing and developing teams.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to create cohesive go-to-market strategies and media plans.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.
