The role

We are looking for a Digital Experience Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Security and Platforms team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will drive technical strategy and operations for our digital platforms. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with our hubs located in Bristol, London, and Glasgow, providing you with a space for collaboration while maintaining the flexibility to work from home.

Core responsibilities

• Lead technical standards across our digital experience landscape, ensuring all solutions align with our security and architecture frameworks.
• Mentor other engineers within your squad and lead collaborative problem-solving efforts to address complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to the roadmap and architecture design of internal tooling, balancing effort and impact to optimize the experience for all our colleagues.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in managing and maintaining productivity tools for internal users. We value a growth mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your expertise should include:

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions and remote device management.
• A collaborative approach to management and support, with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing team cultures.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a salary range of £53,550 to £70,950, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your core pay, you will receive an extra 9% in flex pay, which can be taken as cash, added to your pension, or used for other benefits. You will also be eligible for a 15% on-target bonus linked to our collective performance in reaching Plan Zero.
