What you bring

As a Senior Digital Experience Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mobile and web platforms that define our brand. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, Illinois. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution to ensure our digital ecosystem remains best-in-class. Your core responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary voice of the customer to ensure our mobile and web interactions are intuitive and effortless.
• Partnering with UX designers and engineering teams to drive product discovery and build low-cost prototypes that validate business impact.
• Measuring the success of new features by establishing clear metrics and refining our digital experience based on performance data and user feedback.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of technical acumen and product management expertise. You should have at least seven years of experience in technical and product roles, ideally with a background that started in engineering. The ideal candidate is a data-driven communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear product stories for cross-functional teams. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can maintain a customer-first mindset while navigating technical trade-offs. Proficiency in English is required, and a passion for solving real-world problems through experimentation is essential.
