We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our in-house Marketing team in South Africa. This is a full-time, on-site role for a creative professional who wants to elevate our digital presence. You will be responsible for producing impactful visuals that amplify our brand, taking projects from the initial concept phase all the way to final execution. We want someone who can create forward-thinking designs that truly resonate with the hard-working people we serve.
Key outcomes
- Produce high-quality, magnetic designs for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertising efforts.
- Apply your deep understanding of various digital platforms to optimize designs for a wide range of formats.
- Provide creative solutions by utilizing forward-thinking ideas, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and managing multiple design tasks at once.
- Work closely with our internal Marketing team to build innovative design strategies that improve the performance of our campaigns.
- Monitor emerging design and digital trends to ensure we are always bringing fresh, modern ideas to our projects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create captivating visuals.
- A strong understanding of how diverse audiences interact with and consume content on digital screens.
- A proactive work ethic combined with a solutions-focused mindset and a genuine hunger for continuous learning.
- The ability to think laterally and innovate within a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
