We are looking for a Lead Digital Designer to join our Creative Compass team on a full-time, on-site basis in Saudi Arabia. At MDLBEAST, we are dedicated to amplifying music, art, and culture through immersive experiences and bold storytelling. As a key member of our creative department, you will help shape our brand identity across digital platforms, ensuring that our visual presence remains as dynamic and impactful as the culture we represent.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital assets and campaigns that reflect the unique spirit of our various brands.
- Produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and interactive content for a wide range of applications.
- Maintain and evolve our brand design systems to ensure visual consistency across all projects.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a digital design capacity, ideally within a global brand or a creative agency.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and animation, with a high level of expertise in After Effects.
- A deep understanding of branding, layout design, and packaging.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
- A passion for music and cultural storytelling.
