What you'll be doing

• You will take ownership of our digital channels, including our websites, intranet, and social media platforms, ensuring that all content remains fresh, accurate, and aligned with our brand identity.
• You will design and execute comprehensive digital campaigns and social media schedules, creating eye-catching content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter to support our business objectives.
• You will partner with our People function and various divisional heads to highlight our organizational culture, share success stories, and attract top-tier talent while generating leads for our business development teams.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this senior-level role, you should have a strong background in digital media and content creation. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in campaign planning and managing digital content strategies.
• Technical proficiency in using a CMS to manage and update website content.
• A deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, combined with the ability to analyze performance data to drive growth.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively across different departments and human resources functions.
