The opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team in Australia. This is a senior, full-time role for a versatile marketer who is ready to take full ownership of our multi-channel campaigns across the APAC region. You will be the driving force behind our digital strategy, working hands-on to engage audiences and optimize the customer journey without the need for external agencies. If you are passionate about the entire marketing funnel, from initial lead generation to long-term customer retention, we want to meet you.
A day in the life
- You will plan and execute end-to-end B2B digital campaigns across search, social, and email channels while managing the creative strategy to ensure high conversion rates.
- You will serve as the primary owner of our HubSpot environment, building automated workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies to nurture prospects effectively.
- You will dive deep into data using Google Analytics to track performance, uncover actionable insights, and refine our tactics to maximize pipeline growth and optimize our cost per lead.
Who you are
You are a data-driven professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within the SaaS sector. You possess a strong command of English and have a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic display. You are highly proficient in HubSpot and understand how to leverage marketing automation to drive customer lifecycle engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate complex data into clear strategies, and you have the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with our sales and product teams. Please note that this position requires existing authorization to work in Australia, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
Why you'll love it here
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, fast-paced environment where your contributions have a direct impact on our growth. We offer a range of benefits designed to support your professional development and personal well-being:
- Flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model and a yearly flex work allowance of 2,400 AUD.
- A generous learning budget of 1,600 AUD per year to support your external training and development.
- A unique 4-day workweek during the month of August with full pay.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance support, 30 days of paid time off, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Long-term incentives through our Employee Stock Option Plan.
- Regular opportunities to connect with the team through office events and our annual Staffbase Camp.
