Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Digital Brand Designer to join our go-to-market team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our Flatiron office, where you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our CashBack+ program. We are looking for an experienced creative who can handle the fast-paced nature of a growing fintech company while delivering high-quality, impactful design work.
Your impact
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and user experiences that drive engagement and help our partners reach their goals.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and executive teams to develop creative concepts for both partner channels and our own internal platforms.
- Design a wide range of visual assets, including landing pages, email content, social media graphics, ad creatives, and event materials, while ensuring our brand identity remains consistent and forward-thinking.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- A strong background in branding and interactive design, including the ability to develop and maintain visual identity guidelines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Fluency in English.
