Flow Traders is currently seeking a Digital Assets Research Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam on a full-time, on-site basis. As a leading proprietary trading firm, we pride ourselves on an entrepreneurial culture that encourages creative and quick-witted thinking. We are looking for a motivated professional who is eager to dive deep into the digital asset ecosystem, covering everything from DeFi protocols and infrastructure to the latest blockchain trends.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive research on DeFi protocols and infrastructure projects, such as L1s, L2s, staking platforms, and middleware, while analyzing validator economics.
Develop and maintain data dashboards using tools like Dune, Nansen, and Token Terminal to track both on-chain and off-chain metrics.
Partner with our trading and business development teams to identify market inefficiencies, evaluate venture capital opportunities, and produce high-quality market commentary and protocol analysis.

Requirements

Possess 2 to 4 years of professional experience within the crypto research, investment analysis, or trading sectors.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of tokenomics, DeFi mechanics, and smart contract architecture.
Show proficiency in technical data analysis using SQL and Python, alongside a talent for distilling complex technical concepts into clear written communication.
