Sunco Lighting is a leading online lighting retailer headquartered in Valencia, California. Our growth into one of the largest retailers in the United States is a direct result of the dedication shown by our talented team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative, transparent, and people-first environment where every team member is empowered to succeed. We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Assets Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us manage and optimize our growing library of digital content.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with our creative department to plan and produce high-quality product images, videos, and descriptions.
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure all assets are delivered on schedule and align with our broader marketing goals.
- Partner with our marketing and e-commerce teams to identify specific product needs and optimize assets for our online storefronts.
- Perform competitive research to determine effective product features, keywords, and creative directions, providing clear guidance to our designers.
- Perform minor creative adjustments to assets using Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Maintain a secure and organized digital asset management system to ensure version control and easy accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Analyze the performance of digital assets across our web stores and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
- Keep our team informed on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital asset management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in digital asset management, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce setting.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A creative mindset paired with high attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company culture.
- Availability to work on-site from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of Amazon and Shopify platforms.
- A solid understanding of foundational design concepts.
