The role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mexico. This role is essential to our operations, as you will be responsible for the efficient execution and optimization of our digital advertising efforts. You will play a key part in maximizing the performance and conversion rates of our campaigns across various media channels.

Core responsibilities

• Manage, set up, and optimize our PPC and digital advertising campaigns to ensure peak performance.
• Conduct thorough audience and keyword research, oversee budget allocation, perform A/B testing, and track conversion goals.
• Analyze campaign data to build comprehensive dashboards and provide monthly reports that include actionable strategic recommendations.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker.
• Experience with app tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, as well as Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic and creative mindset, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the gaming industry or a genuine interest in sports.
• Fluency in English.
