The opportunity

We are looking for a DevSecOps Manager to join our high-performing DevOps group. In this role, you will serve as a primary advocate for security-related projects, bridging the gap between development and security. You will be a key voice in our infrastructure design, helping us manage our cloud footprint and optimize costs. By leading a team of talented engineers, you will ensure that our systems remain secure, scalable, and innovative as we support the rapid growth of our platform.

A day in the life

• Lead and mentor your team, fostering an environment where engineers can reach their full potential while managing the backlog and prioritizing critical security initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments with R&D, Product, and Security stakeholders to design robust cloud infrastructure and streamline our operational processes through automation.
• Oversee the security of our cloud environments by managing tooling, triaging alerts, and responding to incidents to ensure our infrastructure remains resilient and compliant.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a passion for both people and technology. You bring a deep understanding of cloud security and a track record of building efficient, secure systems.

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing DevSecOps teams and 7 years of total industry experience in DevOps methodologies.
• You possess strong technical expertise in cloud security tools such as KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, SSO, Snyk, Wiz, and Orca.
• You are proficient in cloud computing and Infrastructure as Code, particularly with AWS and Terraform.
• You have hands-on experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, including tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• You are familiar with compliance standards like SOC2, ISO27001, or HIPAA.
• You hold one or more security certifications, such as CKS, CISSP, CEH, or Security+.
• You are an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
• Please note that this position requires residency in Israel.
