The role

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Luxembourg. This is a high-impact position designed for a professional who thrives in an autonomous environment. You will play a critical role in shaping our security posture while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and highly available. As a senior member of our team, you will be expected to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive technical initiatives that protect our global operations.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure while managing security best practices like encryption and network access controls.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), ensuring our internal practices remain compliant with EU and Luxembourg regulations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• Collaborate across departments to implement advanced monitoring and observability tools, ensuring the health and stability of our systems while fostering a company-wide culture of security awareness.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Docker.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Go, Python, and BASH.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure through code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• A solid background in DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and orchestration.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
