We believe that our best work happens when we are together, which is why we are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team on-site at our Leamington Spa studio. Key outcomes
- Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) while maintaining our on-premise game build server infrastructure using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Oversee network routing, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage security protocols, including data encryption, user access, and incident response.
- Collaborate with our development teams to improve the deployment, operation, and overall performance of data-intensive projects.
- Implement automation processes using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of APIs, websites, and web services to ensure high availability and scalability for our global player base.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure the smooth and stable operation of our applications.
- Report updates and system status to the DevSecOps Manager while adhering to company standards and security strategies.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps role.
- Strong technical proficiency with automation tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline architecture and management.
- Solid background in system monitoring, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report effectively to leadership and work collaboratively across various technical teams.
- A proactive mindset toward identifying system improvements and solving technical challenges.
- Ability to work on-site at our Leamington Spa office five days per week.
