About the Role

We are searching for a Senior DevRel to join us in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our product development team and the developers who utilize our blockchain tools. Your primary objective is to nurture our developer community, ensuring they feel supported and satisfied while actively working to increase long-term retention through meaningful engagement and feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and educational resources to advocate for our technology and help developers succeed.
• Cultivate strong relationships with regional collaborators by providing them with ongoing technical guidance and support.
• Partner with our marketing and community teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and effective in driving the adoption of MultiversX technology.

Requirements

• A solid technical background with a deep understanding of our products and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to others.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the flexibility to tailor your message across various platforms and mediums.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, paired with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to travel to represent us at industry events and hackathons.
