What is this role?

We are looking for a DevRel Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about educating and engaging with a growing community of developers. You will be the voice of Trunk, helping us bridge the gap between our product and the engineers who use it every day.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, which includes writing blog posts, creating tutorials, and producing technical documentation that helps our users succeed.
• Write high-quality code samples, build prototypes, and contribute to our documentation site to ensure our tools are easy to understand and implement.
• Engage directly with our community through platforms like Slack, while collaborating closely with our internal Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify product improvements and reach new audiences.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical execution and clear communication. You should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer. You must be fluent in English and possess strong writing skills, with the ability to create content that is both educational and engaging. Additionally, you should be comfortable creating screencasts or instructional videos and working with design teams to produce compelling visuals.
