What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level DevRel Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our product and the developer community, using your skills in engineering, content strategy, and technical writing to inspire and educate our users. You will be a key player in shaping our voice and ensuring our community has the tools they need to succeed.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across blogs, social media, and video platforms to engage our growing audience.
• Produce high-quality technical content, including tutorials, code samples, and documentation, while actively identifying product improvements and bugs.
• Collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and engineering departments to create compelling narratives and visual assets, such as infographics, that explain complex technical concepts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise and creative communication skills. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of the development lifecycle. We are looking for someone who excels at writing for a diverse audience, can produce professional-grade instructional videos, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in coding and a passion for developer advocacy are essential, as you will frequently translate complex technical ideas into accessible, engaging formats. We value candidates who are proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new ways to support our users.

What we offer
