By joining our team in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture and ensuring our systems are as robust, secure, and efficient as the products we deliver to our customers.
The role
We are looking for an Executive-level DevOps/SRE Contractor to join us on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact, hybrid position based in India where you will take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines while pioneering our infrastructure as code framework to ensure seamless, automated deployments.
- Scale our cloud infrastructure and observability tooling, including the implementation of service level objectives and indicators to monitor system health.
- Lead our efforts toward SOC-II Type II compliance and provide technical mentorship to our engineering teams to ensure security and scalability across all environments.
Skills and experience

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, supported by at least 10 years of professional experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Proven experience with observability platforms like New Relic, Grafana, and Open Telemetry.
- A strong track record of supporting large language model architectures at scale and navigating the SOC-II audit process.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a flexible, scrappy mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management capacity, with a focus on mentoring technical teams.
Compensation and benefits
We value the expertise you bring to our mission and offer the following benefit:
- Hybrid work flexibility to support a balanced professional life.
