The opportunity
We are searching for a DevOps Team Leader to guide our talented engineering group. This role is central to our success, as you will be responsible for the design and evolution of our infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with team members located in Tel-Aviv and across Europe. This position is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who balances deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring and growing a high-performing team.
A day in the life
- You will shape our team culture and oversee the onboarding process for new engineers to ensure everyone is set up for success.
- You will lead the modernization of our globally distributed infrastructure, ensuring that our systems remain resilient and efficient at scale.
- You will serve as a technical mentor, leading by example to drive our team toward excellence while helping to identify and resolve complex root causes in our production environment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure design. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Engineering team lead position.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing infrastructure at a massive scale.
- Deep technical proficiency with data infrastructure tools, specifically Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, and Postgresql.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a history of driving professional success within an organization.
- Fluency in English.
