At Intercept, we empower software-driven organizations to operate with greater speed, efficiency, and security through our deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies. We are currently looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our community of Interceptors, where you will guide a talented team of Azure professionals while maintaining a hands-on approach to technical innovation. This remote role is open to candidates residing in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, or the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and inspire your team members while fostering a collaborative environment that aligns individual growth with our broader organizational goals.
- Act as a bridge between technical execution and business requirements to ensure we consistently deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Remain technically involved by contributing to system designs, troubleshooting complex issues, and preparing for upcoming development sprints.
- Facilitate agile workflows by leading daily stand-ups, managing project priorities, and ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum methodologies.
- Engage directly with stakeholders and clients to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Support team success by participating in recruitment, conducting performance reviews, and creating personal development plans.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on technical capacity.
- Proven track record of managing teams across various projects and clients, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Current AZ900 Certification and practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong grasp of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to provide strategic direction to a team of approximately 9 professionals.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Practical judgment and strong common sense in daily decision-making.
