The opportunity

We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide our infrastructure team in India. You will report directly to the Director of DevOps and oversee a talented group of 4 to 6 engineers. Your mission is to own the full lifecycle of our cloud operations, from initial prototyping and provisioning to ongoing maintenance and security. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and highly available for our mission-critical services.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end development and security of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that we maintain strict compliance and high reliability.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and various stakeholders to align our technical roadmap with our broader project goals.
• You will oversee incident management and monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent uptime and peak operational performance.

Who you are

You are an experienced leader with a background in managing internet-scale infrastructure. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in environments that value innovation and growth.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• You possess deep expertise in AWS networking, security, and cloud compliance best practices.
• You have a proven track record of leading teams of 4 to 6 engineers while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• You are highly proficient in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, and scripting languages such as Python and BASH.
• You are comfortable with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
