Role at a glance

We are looking for a DevOps SRE Tech Lead to join our engineering organization. This is a full-time, remote position designed for a lead-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our platform architecture and infrastructure roadmap. You will work closely with our Head of Engineering to turn high-level vision into actionable code and reliable systems.

Your impact

• Architect, build, and maintain our cloud-native infrastructure while migrating existing deployments to robust Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD orchestration systems to streamline software delivery and reduce friction for our development teams.
• Triage critical issues and implement observability tools to ensure the high availability and resilience of our mission-critical applications.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or DevSecOps environments.
• Deep technical proficiency with public cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Firebase.
• Expertise in automation and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• A strong background in Agile methodologies and modern architecture patterns like microservices and serverless.
• Proven experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, along with data stores like BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across our remote team.
