About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps SRE Tech Lead to join our engineering department on a full-time basis. In this lead position, you will serve as a subject matter expert, applying lean architecture and Agile methodologies to our platform. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering to shape our technical vision, define our roadmap, and manage the day-to-day evolution of our infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to deliver actionable code and workflows every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure while identifying opportunities to solve complex operational challenges for our mission-critical applications.
• Develop and manage CI/CD orchestration systems and Infrastructure as Code (IoC) frameworks to streamline software delivery and increase deployment success.
• Triage system alerts, diagnose critical issues, and implement automated testing, monitoring, and observability tools to ensure high system reliability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or DevSecOps.
• Extensive experience working with public cloud environments, specifically GCP, AWS, and Firebase.
• Deep technical proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and other infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns, including microservices and serverless designs.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Agile development teams, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, along with familiarity with data stores such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Elastic.
