Role at a glance

We are searching for an experienced DevOps Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, where you will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our cloud environments to ensure they remain scalable and efficient for our engineering teams.

Your impact

• Infrastructure Management: Design and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports our software development teams while improving overall system reliability and performance.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor production health, refine our monitoring tools, and lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and improve recovery times.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure we maintain a proactive security and compliance posture.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following skills and qualities:

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization strategies.
• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, ideally within GitLab.
• A track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
• Fluency in English.
• A proactive mindset that thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes long-term impact.
