About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead global teams in the design, development, and maintenance of our essential business systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and various custom applications. You will work alongside architects and business analysts to ensure our services are scalable and delivered on time, supporting the impactful work we do in energy storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from defining and prioritizing features to leading implementation and testing within an agile environment.
- Establish the vision and execution strategy for software development and delivery while managing the day-to-day activities of our development teams.
- Drive operational excellence by creating and monitoring metrics and alarms to support a culture of continuous process improvement.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who brings a strong technical foundation and the ability to take ownership of complex systems. You should have the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience managing software development teams.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Jira and GitHub.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and iPaas solutions like Workato.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical roadmaps and information to leadership teams.
- Experience with Incorta, PowerBI, Workday, or Windchill is considered a plus.

This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment.
