What you bring

As our DevOps Manager, you will serve as a full-time leader for our engineering team, working in a remote capacity from anywhere. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of high velocity and continuous improvement while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and scalable. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of engineers to maximize their collective potential.
• Designing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure while championing DevOps principles across the engineering department.
• Collaborating with developers and security teams to build efficient CI/CD pipelines and ensure the high availability of our hosted services.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional who combines deep technical expertise with a servant-leadership mindset. You should have a solid foundation in Linux, specifically Ubuntu, and extensive experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, and IAM. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PHP, or Bash is essential, as is a strong grasp of MySQL and web-centric technologies. We value candidates who have at least five years of management experience in software development or operations, along with a demonstrated ability to manage distributed, fault-tolerant systems in an Agile environment. You must be fluent in English and capable of clearly communicating complex architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
