The role

We are seeking a DevOps Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture. You will be responsible for guiding our DevOps strategy and mentoring a growing team as we scale our infrastructure to meet the demands of our enterprise clients.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure across AWS and Azure to ensure high availability for our global platform.
• Develop and manage efficient CI/CD processes while utilizing monitoring tools like Cloudwatch, NewRelic, and Nagios to maintain system health.
• Drive automation across our deployment, monitoring, and audit functions to eliminate manual tasks and improve our overall release velocity and security.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and a deep understanding of cloud environments. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in managing AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Cloudwatch, NewRelic, and Nagios.
• A passion for automation and a track record of optimizing manual processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
