What you bring

In this full-time, on-site role, you will report directly to our SVP of Technology. You will lead our infrastructure and SRE team while championing the architectural direction of our platform. We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience managing engineering teams who can hit the ground running with our core stack, including AWS, Python, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining reliable infrastructure specifically within the AWS ecosystem.
• Leading automation efforts across our entire software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Mentoring and coaching your team of engineers while setting clear, measurable goals to ensure we meet our technical milestones.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a deep technical background combined with strong leadership instincts. We value a solid foundation in computer science, typically demonstrated by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. You should have at least six years of experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of managing production systems at scale. We are looking for an expert in scripting languages like Python and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. You should be comfortable with container orchestration via Kubernetes and Docker, and possess a thorough understanding of networking and cloud architecture. Beyond your technical skills, we value candidates who are collaborative, clear communicators in English, and capable of fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

What we offer

The expected base salary range for this position is 180,000 USD to 200,000 USD, plus a performance bonus and an initial equity grant.
